I am an AI governance and Fintech product leader with more than ten years of experience designing and scaling AI/ML systems, platforms and algorithms across security, fintech, lending, healthcare and enterprise environments. I specialise in Fintech, AI governance, technical product management and systems architecture, bringing clarity and structure to complex, high risk product challenges.

Rohan Krishna is an AI governance and product leader with more than ten years of experience designing, validating and scaling AI and ML powered systems across security, fintech, lending, healthcare and enterprise environments. His work sits at the intersection of AI governance, technical product management and systems architecture, helping organisations build systems that are innovative, transparent, compliant and operationally reliable.

Rohan has led cross functional engineering, data science and design teams of 25 to 40 people to deliver AI driven analytics engines, real time portfolio monitoring systems, content intelligence platforms and regulated data products. At Rapiscan Systems, he designed an enterprise AI governance framework for next generation cargo inspection platforms, defining validation controls, lifecycle processes, audit requirements and transparency mechanisms for safety critical AI. At TIFIN Magnifi, he architected and launched multiple AI driven investment intelligence platforms that reduced analysis time by 83 percent, improved accuracy by 22 percent and supported significant audience growth.

Before that, Rohan served as Partner and Technical Lead at Ajackus, delivering UN backed platforms including the Medicines Patent Pool system for vaccine data validation and patent workflows. His earlier roles include software architect, subject matter expert for mortgage pricing platforms, full stack engineer on financial and legal workflow systems and founder of Pagefy, a consultancy delivering end to end product development for SMEs and enterprises.

Rohan is currently completing a full time MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School, where he has led consulting engagements in pricing, financial optimisation and go to market strategy. His recent work includes a deficit reduction and pricing model for Halle Venues and a Kickstarter and marketing strategy for Sigil Games. Across all roles, he focuses on building responsible AI systems and data products that connect disciplined governance, rigorous engineering and measurable business outcomes.
